Challenge
Synchrony required a cohesive communication system to support leadership alignment, employee engagement, and program scalability across a large, global organization. The work needed to clearly communicate complex information to executive audiences while remaining accessible and actionable for employees at different levels. I was responsible for leading the visual and narrative execution across presentations, long-form documents, video, and interactive formats. The goal was to create clear, trusted communication systems that leaders could rely on and teams could reuse at scale.
